  • Buying or selling a home? Our team will help you choose and arrange your furnishings to make the best use of your space and showcase your rooms. Using paint to refresh decor is a simple method that works. We will assist you by de-cluttering items that hide your home's features and decorate sparingly so your home is "dressed to sell".
  • Downsizing? We can measure and layout your furniture pieces and by creating a floor plan for your new home you will know exactly what you need.  We will help you select paint colors, drapes, floor coverings and accessories to coordinate it all!
  • Special Needs? We have ADA experience and are LEED AP certified to offer you detailed, accessibility accommodations tailored to your needs and environmentally friendly, energy-efficient designs.
  • Renovating or needing an addition? Our staff will create floor plans and work with you to specify the details your builder will need prior to beginning your project so that you can have a budget in place. We will negotiate the city or association approval process with you.
  • Adding income property to your home? We can convert your attic, basement or garage into an income-producing apartment or an in-home office. Turning seldom used space into a source of income adds to the overall value of your home!

We offer all of this and the following services:

Choosing wall colors, fabrics, floor coverings, and furnishings

Dressing rooms to sell through staging

Redesigning the interior of your home to better reflect your taste and style

Providing detailed floor plans for additions or kitchen and bath improvements

Don't "Do It Yourself"
If you are considering a major restoration, renovation or addition, you need to know what the scope of  work will be and what it will cost before you hire a contractor or begin the work yourself. Our services can save you valuable time and assist you in determining these factors with a detailed plan thereby avoiding a "money pit" project.
